Updated apartment in Wedding available for December 1st-January 15th or 30th. A couple is ok, but the space is unsuitable for multiple tenants not as a pair. The person(s) should be respectful of a very well-taken care of space, but guests and gatherings are most welcome so long as the neighbors are made aware of anything late night.

The space is full of amenities which can be left for the use of the sub-tenant (bed, kitchen supplies, bicycle) or stored away in a locked closet to provide more space for you. Wifi is incredibly fast and suitable for all work-from-home needs. There are a number of plants which will require watering, and plenty of books, musical instruments, artwork, and more to enjoy and feel at home.

Der Raum ist voll von Annehmlichkeiten, die für die Nutzung der Untermieter (Bett, Küche, Fahrrad) oder in einem verschlossenen Schrank verstaut werden können, um mehr Platz für Sie zu schaffen. Das Wifi ist unglaublich schnell und eignet sich für die Arbeit von zu Hause aus. Es gibt eine Reihe von Pflanzen, die gegossen werden müssen, und viele Bücher, Musikinstrumente, Kunstwerke und mehr, um zu genießen und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
