Bright, cosy flat in Wedding

Below general information about the flat and what I am looking for.

About the flat:

Recently renovated 40 m2 one bedroom flat in the heart of Wedding. It has a separate kitchen, separate bathroom and a corridor located on the second floor of an Altbau building. Since the flat is facing a large but quiet street it gets lots of day light in the gloomy Berlin weather which makes it really advantageous in the winter time. There is pretty much everything one needs in a flat such as a big wardrobe, 140x200 bed with 2 months old Yatas mattress, stylish comfortable sofa, table with chairs, coffee tables, equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. the only missing thing in the flat is a dish washer and an iron and its table.


Location:

There is great public transportation nearby the flat connecting you to the rest of the city with U6, U9 and S ring bahn. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops within walking distance.


The prospect tenant and the duration of stay:

I am looking for a reliable, responsible, clean, tidy person who would be willing to rent the flat from the beginning of October 2023 till beginning of May 2024 for the entire duration. It’s really important to me that you would treat the flat and the furnitures with care. Ideally I would like you to prove that you are financially stable by providing me with payslips or a way similar. A Schufa (jetzt beantragen) would also be appreciated.

Besides, anmeldung is not possible.
