I have a lovely, vintage, OLD SCHOOL FURNISHED!! 2 balcony, lots of light across a CHILD PLAYGROUND on a wide street near the SEE STRASSE TRAM, i have an emergency abroad so i need a kind / clean / calm no party person who will treat this space as a sanctuary as I do!! I have to be away til april or may i'm not sure.. as this is a health emergency. I need a trusting, discreet person who will understand this is an OLD GERMAN BUIDLING, you can hear everything so i need someone who is respectful of this... sensitive to consideration.. you can play music, its fine, but after 11 everyone is pretty quiet.. as again, THIS IS OLD OLD BUILDING. Huge bedroom / huge kitchen / small shower all very OLD BASIC!I can explain the quirks in person, as this is a bit tricky, as the landlord lives in the building, and i just have to be discreet. Again, need to talk about this. This is a great deal if you can live with my things, not bring in any furniture and use the space as i do (i'm a gay writer) as a quiet / thinking / refuge.
