We are a young professional couple who will be out of town from 16.12.23 to 30.01.24 (46 days), so we are looking for someone interested in renting our beloved cozy flat in Wedding for that period.

Ideal for a couple or a single person, it consists of a hallway-bathroom-kitchen and a spacios living room-bedroom. The flat has been recently refurbished and is equipped with all amenities (king size bed, sofa-bed, desk with external monitors possible to be used, guitar, toaster, kettle, oven, a big fridge). There is also space for park your bike in the courtyard.

The flat is close to all means of transport: the nearest station is the U-bahn U6 in Seestraße and the trams M13 and 50 are just around the corner.
It is close to the beautiful Reheberge park, Plotzensee lake, many nice cafes and restaurants, night bars and gyms. It is also within walking distance to the conveniences of Müllerstraße-Leopoldplatz.

We are looking for a chilled, respectful, non-smoking person, with no pets (sorry).

The rent for the whole period is 500 euro all included and 100 euro of deposit.
The chosen person(s) will be asked to sign a simple formal sublet contract.
