I'm subletting my apartment on the 22nd of December 2015 ( available on the 21st of December 2015 ) till the 5fth of January 2016 (available until 6th of January 2016 ) *You will not be charged for the 21st of December and the 6th of January which are the had-in and departure days.

The room is a part of a student-accommodation building (not a uni-campus ) on the 7nth Floor with the view of the Alexanderplatz Tower and it has :

Kitchenette with 2 cooking stoves, induction cooker, sink, small fridge and and a separate small refrigerator, cupboards, dishes and cutlery, frying pan etc.
Bathroom with toilet and sink, mirror etc.
DSL 16Mbps Private WiFi ( not shared )
Food and body weight scale
A small oven of 24Litres with vector.
A Single Bed with duvet wits bed-sheets and a pillow.
Laser Printer ( Black and White )
Closet with hungers

Central Heaters + 1 heating device of my own cause the central does not warm the place adequately.
Washing Machine ( It belongs to the administration of the building and it has 7 Washing Machines and 3 Dryers machines) * not inside the room but you need to get outside on the ground floor where the room with the machines are. It works with coins 1.90Euro for the washing machine and 1.60Euro for the dryer. It does not give change back so you need to have the exact amount. You can put more, it will work but no change back. There are no washing powder and softener dispensers so you may use the detergents in the apartment. 2 Clothing hungers are available in apartment in case you want to dry your clothes yourself.
1 Office with 2 chairs and 1 table for eating or whatever.
A bench Press and some weights.
2 Big Windows. ( No balcony )
Please note : The room will not be totally empty. Some of my things (clothes devices) will still be inside as I can't take them with me on my trip. I will try to contain them inside the closet in the corner hoping that won't cause much disturbance to your stay.

There are plenty of mini markets and other food store in the neighborhood.
There is the Karstadt which sells lots of clothing, it has a food market ( expensive ) perfumes and several other stuff )
