Hi! I'm looking for a person to take over my rental contract from 1-1-2016 or 15-1-2016

It's a one room apartment, with a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The hausverwaltung will give you an 'unbefristet' contract, for minimal one year.
Warmmiete will be approx. 440 p/m, you have to pay for electricity yourself (around 30 p/m).
I will leave the laminate and a 2-persons bedframe (without matress). I will ask 150 for this.
Public transport is everywhere, you have U-bahn, S-bahn and tram closeby.
Gesundbrunnen center is a 10 minutes walk and there's also a Lidl within 5 minutes walking.
Please note you can't place a washing machine in the apartment, but in the basement there is one you can use.

To get this apartment you will need the following documents:
- Payslips from the last 3 months
- Mietschuldenfreiheit
- Schufa (jetzt beantragen)

Do not apply if you are with the jobcenter please!
