30 Quadratmeter 1-room apartment in Wedding for rent

Looking for a person who is non-smoker and reliable , to rent my single room apartment.
420€ is the rent including heat but no internet connection (actually there is a free -wifi but a very slow one)

There are one bathroom and a small kitchen inside , with all the equipments for cooking
One bed , one wardrobe , one big shelf one work desk, small table for eating, chairs etc.
You don't really need to have your own furniture here.
In the building there is a washing room, where washing machines are available, you're gonna need to take your clothes there and pay like 2-3€ a time.

(*no TV , cause I'm gonna take it with me*)
(**you can't do the Anmeldung thing with this apartment **)
