Hello!
I am subrenting my beloved cute 1-room flat! It is freshly renovated, with a great wooden floor and white walls. It is one of those typical berlin-1-room-flats, which have no seperate bathroom, but a shower in the kitchen (as you can see in the left on the kitchen-photo), and a private (!) toilet with an extra key outside (half a floor down). So in case you write me, please confirm that you are fine with that!
I personally even prefer to have a seperate toilet outside, rather that to have it squeezed in the flat... ;)
It is a non-smoking flat, there is a smoke-alarm installed, so no chance! (Sice you sure don't want to go 4 floors down in the yard and up again for smoking.)
It is a quite lively building, there is for example a saxophone-player in the house. But since the flat is in the 4. floor, you kind of get the feeling of being "above" the happening outside.
I love the view from the windows on the roof and in the sky.
You have the U8 metro station "Pankstraße" practically in front of the house and with it you need 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 20 minutes to Kreuzberg and 30 minutes to Neukölln. At Pankstraße there is also the Bus M27.
With a 10-minutes walk you are at S-Bahnstation Gesundbrunnen, where you find the Ringbahn S41 and S42, as S1, S2, S25 and distance-trains.
And, also with a 10-minutes walk, you are at the Tram-Station 50 and M13.
I really love my little flat, I put a lot of energy in it, and I am sad to leave it for 2 months, especially now in summertime. It is a nice corner of wedding, with nice coffees, bars and supermarkets around, also 3 parks are just around. And everthing directly at the little Panke-river! So what I am looking for is someone who would appriciate living there and treat it with good care! <3
