I am looking for one person or a couple with a full-time job to take over this spacious 1 room flat with a good connection and location in Wedding, for a new contract with the landlord company from October 5th 2018, long-term.
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
- The flat came empty with the stove. The new tenant should bear the responsibility and cost of painting the main room & kitchen in exchange for most of the furniture and belongings in the flat including bed, washing machine, fridge, kitchen utensils etc.
- The next tenant should have a full-time job and can show the job contract, 3 months salary statement
-490 EUR monthly base rent (cold) + internet + heating costs (=565 all inclusive)
- Suitable for 1 person or a couple
-There is a basement cellar & balcony
