1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Studentenwohnheim

Hi!
Ich ziehe nun doch nicht in das Zimmer im privaten Studentenwohnheim YOUNIQ und suche deshalb eine Person, die meinen unbefristeten Vertrag noch vor meinem Mietbeginn am 01.01.2022 übernimmt. Das Wohnheim ist nur für Studierende oder Personen aus dem universitären Umfeld (Lehrkräfte, akademische Hilfskräfte, wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter,...) Die Mindestlaufzeit des Vertrags beträgt 9 Monate ab Januar und kann jeweils nur zu Semesterende gekündigt werden.
Das Wohnheim liegt im Wedding in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Leopoldplatz. Im Erdgeschoss ist außerdem ein Biomarkt.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20 m2 groß, eigene Küche und Bad mit eingeschlossen und befindet sich im 3. Stock mit Aufzug.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner und das Wohnheim stellt Lernbereiche und eine große Außenterrasse zur Verfügung, die von allen Mietern des Wohnheims benutzt werden kann.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 689€ pro Monat.

Hi!
I decided not to move into the private student residence YOUNIQ and I'm therefore looking for a person who can take over my open-ended contract before rental start on the 01.01.2022. The residence is only for students or people working in a university context. The minimum rental period is 9 months starting January and after that, the contract can only be terminated at the end of each semester.
The residence is in Wedding close to the Leopoldplatz. On the ground floor, there's also a bio market.
The room is approximately 20m2, own kitchen and bathroom included and is on the 3rd floor with elevator. In the basement, there are washing machines and tumble dryers and the residence offers learning spaces and a big outdoor terrace accessible to all residents.
The total rent with all additional costs is 689€ per month.
