1 room & shared living space in 3 room apartment (1 Month with chance of extension)

Hi !

Our 3 room apartment is located on the first floor on Weißensee looking out to the lake. It has lot's of natural light, is spacious and has a calm vibe to it.

I'm 23 years old, work as a video director and editor and will be away travelling for 1 month, hence why i'm subletting.

I am currently looking for 1 person to sublet the apartment from the 13th of August till the 13th of September. I am however flexible within a few days with these days so please feel free to message me about your timings. There is a chance of extension for an additional month if I choose to extend my travels. I would let you know, 1 week before the 13th of September, if the extension is possible.

You would be renting 1 large bedroom plus a large shared living/dining room! (The bedroom is around 20m squared)

There is a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a large bathroom with a bathtub (our washing machine also lives here) There is also a large shared garden at the lake side with space to lock your bike up.

You will be sharing the apartment with, my dear friend and flat mate, who is also a film maker and director.
