I am subletting my 1 room apartment in the lovely neighbourhood of Wilmersdorf, a five minute walk from Ku’damm (Olivaer Platz). It’s located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful alt-bau building, which also comes with an elevator.

The apartment is 45m2, with a fully fitted kitchen, large bathtub, Queen size bed, large wardrobe, a pull-out sofa and TV.

The bathroom and kitchen are rather large and fully-fitted with all the essentials. Refrigerator, Washing machine, Oven, Toaster, Freezer, etc.

I am looking for a clean, ideally non-smoker, responsible person to take over the apartment.

The rent is €1087, which includes everything from heating, water, electricity, as well as a speedy internet connection.


The deposit is also €1087 (one months rent), that will returned to you once the rental period has come to end.

Public Transport - U7 (Konstanzer Strasse) is a 3 minute walk from the apartment, and the U3 (Fehbelliner Platz) is a 5 minute walk away.

As this is a short-term rental, anmeldung would not be possible. There is flexibility on the moving date as well for how long you would like to rent the apartment for. Shorter or longer periods would be considered, so please reach out.

Die Wohnung ist 45m2 groß, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine große Badewanne, ein Queen-Size-Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein ausziehbares Sofa und einen Fernseher.

Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind ziemlich groß und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Toaster, Gefrierschrank, etc.

Die Miete beträgt €1087, darin enthalten sind Heizung, Wasser, Strom und ein schneller Internetanschluss.


Die Kaution beträgt €1087, die ich Ihnen nach Ablauf der Mietzeit zurückzahle.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel - die U7 (Konstanzer Straße) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt, und die U3 (Fehbelliner Platz) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
