Comfy flat in West Berlin

Hello everyone! We are moving out from our flat (32m2) near Fehrbelliner Platz and searching for a new tenant from April. The contract is till the end of the year with possibility to prolong, 900eur all included (internet, electricity, heating etc.), the place is fully furnished. Some cool stuff:
• Very sunny – ideal for people who grow plants (there are curtains but I took them off)
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• Coffee machine
• Toaster
• Vacuum cleaner
• Big screen TV
• Bathtub (I mention because it means you can have as many hot baths as you want – the rent price won’t change :) )
• Of course Anmeldung possible
• Cellar + a common area for bikes

Deposit is two months-rent, three-month payslip and Schufa (jetzt beantragen) needed, as everywhere. No pets :( The only furniture that we take is the computer table+chair and the little kitchen table (there is a white bendable table that stays, you can see it in the pic behind out table).

The area is rather calm, there is Preussen Park nearby with Thai Market+ flee market on Weekends, a big stadium for those who like to jog, and some traditional German Kneipes nearby. Connection is great, U3 and U7, it takes about half an hour to get to Wahrschauer Strasse. The flat is small although mission possible for couples, we lived here for more than a year and didn’t cut each others’ throats :)
