1 Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete im Prenzlauer Berg von 19.6.- 22.7.2023 OHNE Anmeldung

Hallo liebe Menschen,
für den Zeitraum vom 19.6. bis 22.7. (nach hinten sind einige Tage mehr oder weniger flexibel) vermiete ich meine Ein-Zimmer Wohnung in der Hagenauer Straße unter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einem Flur, in dem auch Stauraum vorhanden ist, einem Bad und einer Küche.
Falls du also viele eigene Dinge/Klamotten etc. mitbringst, findest du auf jeden Fall genug Platz, um sie unter zu bringen.
Mit ihren großen Fenstern ist die Wohnung sehr hell und durch ihre Lage zum Innenhof sehr ruhig gelegen. 🌿

Alle Möbel, die man für das Alltagsleben so braucht, sind vorhanden.
-> Bett, Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, Sofa und ein Sessel, Schränke 🛏️🛋️
(Das Bett ist überzogen und hat Kissen und Decke, wenn du kommst.)

Es gibt eine Küche mit Herd und Backofen.
-> Grundbedarf an Besteck, Tellern und Kochutensilien ist auch vorhanden.

Eine Waschmaschine gibt es momentan nicht vorhanden, aber ein Waschsalon ist bei Bedarf fußläufig innerhalb von ca. 5min zu erreichen.
Im Hinterhof gibt es auch die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad abzustellen. 🚲

for the period from 19.6 to 28.7. (for the end date some days more or less are flexible) I rent out my one-room apartment in Hagenauerstraße/Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment consists of a large room, a hallway where there is also storage space, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen.
So if you bring a lot of your own things/clothes etc., you will definitely find enough space to store them.
With its large windows, the apartment is very bright and still quiet due to its location facing the backyard. 🌿

All the furniture you need for everyday life is there.
-> Bed, table with two chairs, couch and an armchair, cupboards 🛏️🛋️
(The bed is covered and has pillow and blanket when you arrive).

There is a kitchen with a stove and oven.
-> Basic cutlery, plates and cooking utensils are also there.

There is currently no washing machine in the apartment, but a washing saloon is within walking distance of about 5min if needed.
In the backyard there is also the possibility to park your bike. 🚲
