Hi everyone!
I am leaving Berlin for a few weeks so my apartment in Kreuzberg is available for sublet. The apartment is cozy, quiet and super central.
The place comes with a big living room/bedroom, a kitchen and small bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and equipped (1,80x2m bed, big sofa, big fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, stove/oven, bedding, kitchen utensils, homeware etc). I also have some lovely houseplants and I’d be super grateful if you could water them in my absence :)
There is limited storage space for clothes since most of my things will stay here but I will free some space for you.
The apartment is on the first floor and located towards the courtyard.
If you’re interested we can arrange a viewing or do a video chat! The move in/move out dates are flexible by a few days if needed.

The apartment is located just behind the river Spree/Oberbaumbrücke and super central (5 minutes walk to U-Bahn Schlesisches Tor or 10 minutes walk to S-Bahn Warschauer Straße). The area has lots to offer, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping options (groceries, mall etc), parks, Landwehr Kanal etc.
I am leaving with my boyfriend so his place is available too! Check my other offer in case its a better fit! :)
