The flat is renovated and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. As a family we put a lot of effort into the design of the flat. We are looking for a responsible and mindful tenant. It has a new kitchen, a living room with a loft bed (queensize 160 x 200) and a huge couch (160x200). The style of the flat ranges between modern and vintage. The white bathroom has a big and hot shower. The apartment is situated in the backyard of an old Berlin house. So you will be not bothered by traffic. We purchased the flat because the house is close to the Tempelhoferfeld ( 4 Minutes) on one site and to the other to Hermannstraße (good for shopping). The next subway station (U-Bahn Leinestrasse) is about 4 Minutes walk away. There are also a few outside living plants you have to take care of during your stay. All windows are facing the backyard and from the living room you look into green. The price includes (water/electricity/heating/WiFi). Registration is possible. The length of the rental period is negotiable.
The flat is very central. It is four minutes walk away from U Bahn Leinestrasse. There are al lot of shops to buy groceries. There is a organic shop as well as a supermarket and vegetable shops. On the other side it flat is very close to a park and the Tempelhof Field. In the area are many Cafés and restaurants.
