Scope BLN is looking for a new community member - a person from the world of creativity - an artist, filmaker, designer, performer, dancer or other creative areas or new technologies / startups.

The perfect tenant is: someone who comes from the creative industries or startups and is a connoisseur of contemporary art and culture.

We are looking for someone who is open-minded and social and at the same time tolerant and respectful toward the personal space of others. It doesn't matter what your gender, race, nationality or sexual orientation is.

Our fully furnished flat is located in a typical Berlin's Altbau in Berlin-Moabit (between U9 Turmstraße and U9 Birkenstraße). It has a bright room with integrated kitchen in it and a spacious bathroom. It also has a balcony.
Everything is included in the rent. No pets, no smoking! Immediately available, for a min period of 6 months.
