Möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Böden, Küche und Bad scheinen vor meinem Einzug komplett erneuert worden zu sein. Außerdem gibt es für die restlichen kalten Tage ein Thermostat. DSL ist ebenfalls mit drin.
Ich hab mich hier bis jetzt weitgehend kreativ ausgelebt, da ich handwerker bin. Unter Anderem ist die Bett-/Schrankkombination selbst gebaut, also ein Unikat. Und der perfekte platz um mit einem Gefühl von südasiatischem Oasen-flair eine after-Runde zu starten oder seinen Kater aus zu kurieren. Oder einfach nur um lange im Bett zu bleiben. Ansonsten gibt es vor dem Altbaufenster im Wohnraum neben der Couch auch noch ein Podest aus Paletten, zum chillen, lesen oder was auch immer beliebt. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was man als Single braucht. Einen kleinen Abreitsbereich für Home-worker werde ich vor meiner Abreise auch noch bauen.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass der Vibe zwischen uns passt, da hier sehr viel Herzblut und harte Arbeit drin steckt. Und bitte kümmere dich gut um meine Pflanzen!

The apartment is in very good condition. Floors, kitchen and bathroom seem to have been completely renewed before I moved in. There is also a thermostat for the remaining cold days. DSL is also in it.

I have lived out largely creatively here so far, as I am a craftsman. Among other things, the bed/cabinet combination is self-built, i.e. unique. And the perfect place to start an after-round or cure your hangover with a feeling of South Asian oasis flair. Or just to stay in bed for a long time. Otherwise, in front of the window in the living room, in addition to the couch, there is also a pedestal made of pallets, for chilling, reading or whatever you like. The apartment actually has everything you need as a single person. I will also build a small working area for home workers before I leave.

It is important to me that the vibe fits between us, because there is a lot of passion and hard work in it. And please take care of my plants!
