Modern studio from 1st April to 7th September 2018

As I am going back to my home country, my studio with private kitchen and bathroom will be available in a private hall from 1st April to 7th September 2018. It is very close to the University of Birmingham – just five minutes from the campus.

Studio: The studio is very modern, clean, comfortably furnished, spacious for one person and bright. When I moved in, I bought all the necessary household items: kitchenware, some textiles, desk lamp, printer, a guest mattress for visitors from home etc. I will not take them with me, so you can have them all for free. Student Hall: The private student hall has a laundry, gym, cinema and common rooms. And there is a good broadband and Wi-Fi access. A house technician takes care of everything in the studios. As it is common for private student halls, there is a secure electronic access, on-site management and concierge team. But I never feel unsafe in the area, even at night as a woman. Area: The property is located in a student area, very close to the university. There are many supermarkets (one is in the neighboring building), restaurants, pubs etc.

The price per week is £198 (bills are already included in the price). For me, that was very high because rents in my home country are generally lower. But I did not regret it, because the accommodation is clean and in a very good condition. And if there is a problem, there is a house technician who takes care of everything.
