Sublet 1-room apartment with private kitchen and bathroom

City registration (anmeldung) is not possible.
During the renting period, I will need the room back for 2 days (17-19th April). I need to take some of my stuffs for my internship and then give back the room to you in the morning of 19th)
1 room apartment for 1 person in a student dorm, with your own private bathroom and kitchen (you don’t have to share them with any other)


I. Room Facilities:
- The room has its own private bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator.
- You can use my oven, rice cooker, kettle but please ensure they are left clean and in the same condition as before use.
- Washing machines located in the basement are available for use and are shared among other residents (students) in the building.
- Internet is included

II. Renting:
The warm rent per month is 390 euro. For the whole period (from 6th March to 15th July) is 1755 euro Priority will be given to individuals interested in renting for the entire duration.
The rent covers all utilities, including internet, washing machine usage, electricity, and heating.

III. Location
The room is about 2 km away from the city center, right next to Rhein river (you can take a walk everyday there, really pretty). The bus stop is right in front of the building (about 3-4 minutes’ walk).

IV. Requirement:

- As I am subletting my room, I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Please maintain the room's cleanliness during your stay, ensuring it is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
- You can use the equipment I have (oven, kettle, refrigerator, hanging racks, etc.) but please keep it clean.
- There are two wardrobe but one will be used to keep my stuffs, so you can use the other one.
- As the room is located in a high floor, there will be some insects from the window in summer, so please don’t leave the window open unattended.
- My personal items will remain in the room; your respect for these belongings by leaving them undisturbed is appreciated.
- The room is in the student dorm, so please respect other students and the rule of the dorms (no loud noise and music)
