L’appartamento è in una zona tranquilla e ben fornita. è formato da 4 stanze da letto singole, ingresso spazioso, cucina abitabile fornita di tutto il necessario , 2 bagni completi con doccia e wc, 1 lavatrice, ripostiglio, soffitta, seminterrato condominiale chiuso a chiave con posto per le bici, cantina. dispone di un posto auto.
La stanza è fornita di letto piazza e mezza con materesso, scrivania, armadio, ha il balcone.
Affitto mensile 640€ TUTTO INCLUSO (spese per le utenze, internet, spese condominiali). Non c'è altro da aggiungere oltre a questa cifra.

Available from April 1st, single room in an apartment located in the Gries area (via Vittorio Veneto). The apartment is shared with 3 other people (1 girl and 2 boys), all young professionals, very kind and quiet. The guys are all Italian speaking.
The apartment is in a quiet and well-supplied area. It consists of 4 single bedrooms, spacious entrance, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary things, 2 fully equipped bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 washing machine, storage room, attic, locked communal basement with space for bikes, cellar. It has a parking space.
The room has a balcony, and it's equipped with bed, desk, cabinet .
Monthly rent €640 ALL INCLUSIVE (utilities, internet, condo fees). Nothing else to add to this amount.
We are looking for a person to take over this room who is clean and respectful of the common areas, like the people currently living in the house. We prefer young professionals, possibly italian speaking. The landlord prefers someone who can stay for at least one year.
