Because of my study abroad, I need to leave this beautiful flat, which I lived for 3 years.
I wish some furnitures and machines to be handed over with a good price. (750 euro)

You can experience the cosy and historical atmosphere, and all the convenience to live in the city center.
I am sure that every thing you need is in a 5 minute distance by walking.
The flat itself was fully renovated when I moved in.
I tried my best to maintain its conditions.
It has a hallway, a separated kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious main-room.
The kitchen is equipped by the landlord with a proper sink, a dishwasher, cabinets, a refrigerator.
There is a large extra storage in the basement,
Currently I organized the main-room with my furnitures,
to be functional as living room and bedroom at the same time.
It has an expandable desk, chairs, a sofa, a cabinet, a wardrobe, a double bed, and several shelves.
Additionally I have equipped myself a washing machine, microwave, and an extra fridge in the kitchen.
Some cabinet and mirrors in the bathroom are also installed by myself.
I hope that I can hand over them as much as I can in a reasonable price. (750 euro)
I am paying 640 euro per month as the Warmmiete, covering the rent, the kitchen appliances, utilities, and the water.
The Heating & Electricity is on your own responsibility.
Additionally, the landlord is a super kind and nice person.
He is always supportive and approachable.
