WG Zimmer ab 1.04 / Fizz Wohnheim (Universität)

Ich beende mein Studium in Bremen und möchte deshalb zum 1.04.2017 aus dem Wohnheim ausziehen. In der Miete inklusive sind Nebenkosten und Internet. Telefon- und Fernsehanschluss vorhanden.

Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß mit einer kleinen Küche (Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) und einem Bad mit Dusche. Es ist komplett möbliert (2 Tische, Stuhl, Regal, Bett mit Matratze, Spiegel, Schrank), dennoch können Möbel, die nicht benötigt werden im Keller aufbewahrt werden.

Das Wohnheim besteht aus 3 Teilen, mein Apartment ist in Gebäudeblock C (hinterstes Gebäude). Auf jedem Stockwerk befinden sich Überwachungskameras und Balkone, auf denen geraucht werden darf. Jedes Gebäude hat außerdem einen Common Room mit Flatscreen TVs, Musikboxen, etc. In Gebäude B is außerdem noch eine große Küche mit 2 Backöfen. In Gebäude A befindet sich außerdem noch ein Supermarkt, der Montag - Samstag bis 21:00 geöffnet ist.

I am finishing my studies at University Bremen, therefore I am moving out of my apartment at the 1.04.2017. The rent includes G/W/E and wifi, possible connection for telefone and TV.

The room is approx. 20 m2, including a small kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge with freezer) and a small bathroom with a shower. The room is completely furnished (2 tables, bed with mattress, shelf, mirror, wardrobe), but If they are not needed, they can be stored in a storage.

The student accommodation consists out of 3 buildings, my apartment is in block C (last building). On every floor are surveillance cameras and balcony, on which it is possible to smoke. Every building also has a common room on the ground floor, with a flatscreen TV, music boxes, etc. In block B one can also find a big kitchen, with 2 ovens. In building A there is also a small supermarket, which is open Mondays - Saturdays till 9 pm.
