• Available from 1st of August, with contract and city registration until 31-03-25, 31-08-25, or 30-09-25. It is possible to extend the contract.
• Living and working area: bed incl. mattress, desk with chair, wardrobe with mirror, lightproof curtains, modular rail system incl. pinboard, intercom, and generally extra storage space
• Pantry-kitchen: equipped with two ceramic hobs, combi-microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a sink, and a counter
• Separate modern tiled shower room offers a toilet, washbasin with mirror, and more storage space

• House Managers: They will support you from the beginning of your move-in and have an open ear for all your questions.
• House technician is available in case anything needs to be repaired.
• Services: parcel acceptance, and free rental items like irons, games, and vacuum cleaners are easily obtained at the reception lounge!
• Community areas: reception lounge, community kitchen, study room, movie & gaming lounge, inner courtyard, rooftop terrace, Gym (2024), bicycle parking and laundry lounge
• Security: access to the building is only possible with a security card, the building has CCTV all around and there is a security guard who comes on weekends to make sure everything is in order

💶 PRICE
• All-inclusive price will be around €940-1000 monthly with a deposit of around €2300, depending on the length of stay. And a one-time admission fee of €99.
