As I am having an Erasmus semester, I’m subletting my two rooms apartment in Leipzig. It is available from January 7th and it is possible to get Anmeldung for the people moving there.
The apartment is located in Tarostrasse, in a 12 floors building with elevators.
The total cost is 620.00/month. Including rent, heating, internet, water and electricity services. Please consider that you will have to pay a Radio license fee which is around 19 euros / month.
The apartment is fully furnished. You will have one double bed and one single bed, two desks with chairs, dining table with chairs, one sofa bed, clothes racks, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It also have a separated storage room.
The apartment as a very nice view, which will allow you to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset as well as the nice view of the south of the city.
The Johannesalle and MDR stops are within 6 minutes walking distance. There you can find tram and buses to move around the city. Also the MDR S-bahn station is within 7 minutes walking distance.
The city center can be reached in a 20 minutes walk. The famous Karl-Liebknecht strasse (karli) is within a 12 minutes walk. There is a Rewe supermarket 3 minutes away (walking). DM and Aldi Supermarket are 5 minutes away by bike and 13 minutes by foot and the Post office, Bayrischer Bahnhof (traffic station) and Uni Klinikum are 10 minutes away by foot. You can workout or relaxed at the Friedenspark, which is within a 10 minutes walk, as well as the Botanical garden.
