A cozy, private, and furnished room to sublet

I'm offering my cozy 1-room for subletting just in time for the start of the semester. The apartment is fully furnished with two desks, a shelf, a TV, an electric Kettle, a big couch and four pillows, Cutlery, Pots in different sizes, one carpet, a refrigerator, one compartment, a bed and a toilet and a bathroom inside the room. The kitchen is in a common area, but it's almost always empty, and you can easily cook your food there. There is a communal washing machine and dryer in the basement, both of which can be used via coin (€2). The apartment measures approximately 19 sqm and has six small windows
The Apartment is a renovated old building with wide stairs but no elevator. Shared Wi-Fi is available and works well so far. I moved in here last June and was super happy because of the location and the price.

The Dresden Neustadt train station, public transport (trams 7, 8, 13), a variety of shopping opportunities, and bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Dresden International Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the A 4 / A 13 freeway in less than 5 minutes.

It would be essential to me that we sign a sublease agreement for the entire period (19th of March to the end of June), but we can agree on the exact move-in and move-out dates.
