The flat has a fully furnished kitchenette and a bathroom. It is located in the Dresden Südvorstadt. The basic equipment of the apartment includes electric shutters, a wood parquet, underfloor heating, state-of-art building technology, a floor-level shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. These contribute to a high quality of life in the condominiums. Apart from the washing machine in the apartment, there is also an industrial washing machine (coin operated) on the ground floor. The building has an elevator and plenty of storage space for bicycles. The outdoor area is rounded off with a friendly and contemporary design. There is also a possibility of grilling in a designated place next to the building. The apartment is characterized by the fact that the landlord pays attention to the privacy of the tenant and communicates efficiently if necessary.
