A very bright single room apartment near TU Dresden/SLUB Library: especially suitable for students

Hi, since I have to move out to a larger apartment, my current single room apartment is getting free. It is a nice 28 square meters apartment, a very bright one with a lot of light coming through two windows in the living room. In the bathroom there is also a window. It is situated near the university (TU Dresden) with supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Fristo and Rossmann being reachable within 5 minutes on foot. Transport options (public transit) are around the corner, namely the tram number 11 (the stop is called Münzmeisterstr.) and the bus number 63, for detailed information see https://www.dvb.de/de-de/fahrplan/haltestellenauskunft/.
The apartment is situated in a quaint 3 floors house in the first floor (that is the next one after the ground one :) ) with a separate large cellar room and also an attic where you can get your clothes dry even if it's raining outside. A small shared garden where you can grill also belongs to the house.
Since I don't need the majority of the furniture and the washing machine which I'm currently having here, I'd leave it in the apartment so that you can don't have to bother buying yourself new stuff (I'd take my bed with me though). Depending on the conditions of the apartment handover, I could even leave it to you for free. The kitchen also belongs to the apartment and will be left inside. I myself do not own the apartment but can assist you in communicating with the landlord (Vermieter). Concerning the Internet, there is a DSL connection (I'm using Easybell provider).

Please note that the minimum rent time is 1 year (meaning you have to stay in the apartment at least 1 year).
