I am renting my beautiful 1-room apartment for 1months. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and living room. The furniture if you want you can use. Of course, I will clear out my cupboards for you so that you have space for your things.

The other tenants in the buildings. They are very nice and we have a nice atmosphere. Young families, students and flatshares live in the building.

The apartment is located in the Erfurt university in PlauenerWeg 8. There are regular trains to the city, the main train station and the university. The Nordpark is less than 8 minutes' walk away, where you can skate, go for a walk, watch dogs, go to the outdoor pool and much more. Little Venice can also be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and the cathedral in 15 minutes. The location is really great and it's a great mix of residential areas and close to the city and park.

The move-in and move-out dates are flexible, we can also arrange this. Since I have some plants, I would be happy if you would water them. But if you don't have green fingers at all, the plants can move in with a friend in the meantime, that's no problem either.
