Hello! I am a masters student and will be moving to a WG, thus subletting my room in the Joseph Stiftung dorm from end of September. Unfortunately, this also means that I can only give it out to a student at FAU. The room is on the fourth floor, has a private kitchen and bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are on the ground floor. My/your future room is small but very cosy, so don’t let the room size throw you off. All the furniture in the room will be available including bed, desk, closet, etc.
The location is very central and convenient. A bus stop is right outside the dormitory (2 mins walking distance) that will take you to the centre in 10 mins. Aldi and Kaufland are walking distance as well. There is a big park very close to the dormitory that can be reached in 10 mins. So as you see, you will find everything that your heart desires just around the corner.
