fs student dorm (people who are not FS students possible)

Hello. I'm going back to Home country in a hurry, so I'm looking for someone to come into my student dormitory.
The location is a student dormitory for the Frankfurt School of finance and management, and when I talked to the dormitory, it is said that it is okay for an outsider to live, not a student of the school.
This is a contract that can be moved in from April 1st until July 30th. (If you want to come in earlier, you can coordinate with me.)
The room is 13kbar, the deposit is 1000 euros and 550 euros monthly.

The room basically includes a bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror, etc. and also includes a private bathroom.
The kitchen is a shared kitchen, but it is shared by 8 people in one flat. (There is a compartment for each room in the refrigerator, and there is also a private cabinet in the kitchen.)
The laundry room is located in the basement, 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. (It is available for free.)
The location is Adickesalle 36, near U5 Deutsche Nationalbibliothek. Two Leve, McDonald's and Dm are located 5 minutes away from the dormitory.
