Beautiful studio apartment between Nordend and Bornheim

In Friedberger Landstraßse, between Nordend and Bornheim, beautiful 36 square meter studio apartment is available from July/1st of August on, for 673 euro monthly (warm). Moving date is flexible, preferably mid-July. I am unfortunately leaving this lovely apartment, and I am looking for a tenant to take it over together with my furniture that I would sell at 60% of the original price (all Ikea, all bought for this apartment, all original receipts available); more information below.

The apartment only had 1 tenant before me, it is a part of a new building (low heating costs), 3rd floor with an elevator, really well maintained by a professional service, and in 3 years I did not experience any problems at all, in fact the neighbours are really great, too. The best feature of the apartment is a really nice and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the location in general is perfect, really nice parks at walking distance, as well as the important practical things: tram/bus stop is a few meters away; the city centre is easily reachable with direct lines with public transportation from here, as well as by bike. Regarding shopping, there is an Aldi, a really big Tegut (opened until 23h), Rossmann, and a pharmacy all within 50 meters. In addition, there is a gas station few meters away, DHL Packstation, as well as toom (the Baumarkt). You can rent a parking space in the garage, too, for an extra cost. A bicycle you can park in the garage for free, of course.

Regarding the furniture that you should take over; I am offering a Malm bed with underneath storage (useful as the building does not have any additional storage space), a simple, white Pax wardrobe with full internal features like drawers and hangers, 3 ceiling lamps, and a 5X5 Kalax. I have additional furniture that was bought before this apartment and I could leave it to you for free, or donate it in case you are not interested (also Ikea, but bought for a former apartment so I am not going to ask any money for it). I also have an amazing washer-dryer (Bosch WVG30442 Waschtrockner) that is available for you to buy, but this is not a condition. Similarly, you can take over my internet contract with Unitymedia that is really good, and so cheap it is no longer offered at all. This is also an option, not a condition.

I am really happy to arrange a visit to the apartment. Again, it is really important that you are willing to take over the furniture (bed, wardrobe, lamps and Kalax for 60% of the original price). The company that owns the apartment will require all the usual things, like SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , and salary information (last 3 salaries), please keep this in mind.
