Hallo zusammen,
ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt, deshalb suche ich nach einer Person, die meine Wohnung und einige Möbel übernehmen kann.

Der Vertrag wird unbefristet (frühester Einzug voraussichtlich 01.11.2021), Vermieter ist die Deutsche Wohnen.

Ich habe zwei Jahre in dieser Wohnung gelebt, sie ist sehr komfortabel (besonders der Balkon und die riesige Fenstertür), genug Platz für eine Person. Alles Notwendige zum Kochen, eigenes Bad mit Dusche, im Erdgeschoss finden Sie die Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Sie können Ihr Fahrrad abstellen, auch das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze.

Ich möchte einige der Möbel und Geräte anbieten, die ich kürzlich gekauft habe (alles zusammen zu einem Preis von 1500 EUR):
- Sideboard-Kleiderschrank
- Stehtisch und 2 Stühle
- Bett 140 * 200 und Matratze
- Lampen und Kronleuchter in der Wohnung (3 Lampen Beleuchtung an der Decke)
- Kleiderhaken im Flur
- Sofa 180 * 80 mit Kissen
- Teppich

Die Gesamtmiete pro Monat beträgt ca. 690 EUR (Warm) + Sie müssen Verträge für Strom (ca. 52 EUR) und Internet (30-40 EUR) abschließen.

I am moving to another city that's why I am looking for a person, who can take the apartment and some furniture.

I was living in this apartment for 2 years, it is very comfortable (especially the balcony and the huge French Window), enough place for one person. All necessary for cooking, own bathroom with a shower. Downstairs you may find the Washing machines and driers, you can park your bicycle, also the house has parking slots available.

I'd like to offer some of the furniture and equipment that I bought recently (all together at a price 1500 EUR):
- sideboard wardrobe
- bar table and 2 chairs
- bed 140 * 200 and mattress
- lamps and chandeliers in the apartment (3 lamps lighting on the ceiling)
- hooks for clothes in the hallway
- sofa 180 * 80 with pillows
- carpet

The total renting price will be around 690 EUR + you will need to get the contracts for Electricity (around 52 EUR) and Internet (30-40 EUR).
