The flat is 59 square meters - being on the 5th floor and having no buildings around it, it is filled with bright sunlight (that is, Frankfurt´s sunlight - don´t take me wrong).
It has a five rooms: (1) a small but functional bathroom; (2) a kitchen; (3) a small bedroom (12 square meters); (4) a big bedroom (about 20 square meters); and (5) a living room (about 17 square meters).
The flat is furnished with a brand-new kitchen, wardrobes, sofas, a glass-table, 85-inches smart flat TV, elegant carpets, and so on. The lamps create a cosy and relaxed atmosphere - to be enjoyed particularly while watching a movie and drinking some wine, or while just reading a book by the window.
Heating is super efficient (also due to the size of the flat itself) and, thus, super-fast, which allows for limited energy consumption. Air conditioning is made available in the summer.
You will rent the room but none will be around for a while ...
Lage
The flat is located in the most-wanted area of Frankfurt: Nordend-West, which - as anybody who is familiar with the city knows - is as close to the center as next to Bornheim and Westend.
Nordend-west also offers the advantage of being disseminated with small and cool shops (selling from antiquities to clothes), bars (of any kind and for any taste) and restaurants (from Italian to French, Thai to Mexican).
Tubes and buses are reachable in 2 mins by foot or less than 1 by bike. Konstablerwache is reachable in 10 mins by foot or 4 mins by bike.
The same applies to Rewe, Aldi, and Pennies - which are just 3-5 minutes far from the flat. DMs and pharmacies abound in the neighboorhood.
While being positioned in a very central location, the flat is part of a building that insists on a very calm and tidy street, where you will hardly hear any noise even with the windows fully open. Just check it on Google Maps, if you want.
You can invite any person you want - for dinner or short stays. Friends or relatives can also stay there overnight, if you want (a spacious bed sofa is already there) - as long as we do not end up living in more than 2 and, above all, you clean for such people, too.
A cleaning lady comes every Wed morning and is included in the price.
Bringing animals into, and smoking in, the flat are both strictly forbidden.
