I am leaving my beautiful 1.5 apartment in Nordend Frankfurt ✨ Open to switch with an apartment in Berlin!!!
The flat is ideal for one person who is looking for a long-term apartment- workers only (a copy of your last 3 payslips will be asked by the landlord).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (fitness = no elevator) with a beautiful view of the inner yard. It is about 38 m2,
separated into one big room, kitchen, bathroom. It literally provides you with everything you need. Furniture like bed (1,40m), big double closet, couch/bed, table, chairs (4), commode (2), vacuum-cleaner, and OF COURSE a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped in a separate room. You can use the basement to store some stuff and park your bike - quite securely.
The flat is located in a very nice central area, with nice bars, restaurants and 2 supermarkets (REWE, ALDI) nearby. The U -Bahn Musterschule is 1 min walk. The neighbors are really nice, they will be always up to get your package!
The apartment is fully furnished and the new owner of the apartment will have to take ALL the furniture.
