Sunny Studio in Ostend

There is everything you need around - Rewe, dm, Post office, Kiosks, some nice Cafes, restaurants or bars. Everything not more than 5min walking.
Not far away on the Hanauer Landstrasse there is Rossman, Penny, Lidl, Aldi.
The river is also very close with the Hafenpark and the fields to do some sport or just run along the river.

The whole buiding is very calm and you would have very lovely neighbours.
There is possibility to rent a space in the cellar for a little charge. In the inneryard there is enough space to store your bike.

Tram stop ‘Zobelstrasse’ is just in front of the building.
S-bahn station ‘Ostendstrasse’ - 7 min walking - from there you can be at the airport with direct train in 20min!
U-bahn station ‘Ostbahnhof’ (U6) - 5 min walking
Regional trains station ‘Ostbahnhof’ - 5 min walking
Possibly also Ubahn station ‘Zoo’ - 10min walking

As I am moving out of the city, I am searching for someone who will overtake also furniture from me - for total price of 1900e:
- Bed (140x200 cm)
- Sofa
- Washing machine
- Wardrobe
- Table + two chairs
- Working table + chair
- Some additional shelves or smaller furniture
- Furniture on balcony

As mentioned, this not include the kitchen, which is part of the flat itself. You can see all in the pictures.

The offline visits are preffered, but we could do some first online viewing as well.
