I am now finding a next renter who can move in from November.
The flat is in Ostend, directly in front of Train station and U-Bahn Ostbahnhof, which is very well connected to Airport (~15-40min). Tram station direct from Hbf is about 3 min walking far. From the flat, going to city centre is about 5 min by U-bahn, to the Main is 5 min walking; There is big Rewe opened till midnight, DM, Commerzbank, wash center and a lot of international restaurants, cafe around. Ostpark and Hafen park are 10 min walking which offer a great place for sport.
The flat is very bright. Kitchen is separated from the main room. The clothes wardrobe is built-in. There is a small lift in the building. Place for bicycles is in the Hof inside the building.
The info of the flat are:
- Kaltmiete: about 570€. Kaltmiete will increase every year 2,5%.
- Nebenkosten: 90€ including heating.
- Rent for at least 1 year.
- Flat is furnished by me and you can have everything (bed, mattress, sofa, bookshelf, TV shelf, dinner table, stand lamps, roof lights...) for 500€. The price is negotiable depending on what you want to take.

The requirement for the next renter are:
- Have working contract.
- Have Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
