Ich vermiete eine möblierte Wohnung für mind. 3 Monate. Ab Mitte oder Ende September.
Die Wohnung kann auch unbefristet möbliert angemietet
Für eine Person.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Straße "Am Alten See".
Küche mit Tisch ist separat, also nicht mit im Wohnraum.
Bad mit Dusche, Küche hat Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herdplatten, Mikrowelle. Natürlich Kühlschrank.
Im Wohnzimmer 160x200-Bett, Sofa, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bücherregal. Matratze ist da, es wird aber keine neue gestellt. Ihr könnt eure mitbringen.
Wenn nötig kann ich auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereitstellen. Die Wände sind größtenteils undekoriert, also nicht mehr wie auf manchen Fotos.
Um Wifi musst du dich kümmern.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem teilsaniert. Teilweise neu gestrichen und neuer Boden in Küche und Bad. Die Küche wurde zum Teil erneuert (neue Arbeitsplatte, neue Herdplatten, neue Spüle) und hat Geschirr und ein paar Utensilien zum Kochen. Es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Wäscheständer.
S-Bahn der Linien S3, S4 und S5, Bahnhof Rödelheim, in ca. 7min. zu Fuß, U-Bahn, Haltestelle "Hausener Weg" Linie U7 ca. 10min zu Fuß, Bus M34, Haltestelle Reifenberger Straße, ca. 6 min zu Fuß.
2 Stationen zur Messe, 4 zum Hbf, Eschborn direkt nächste Station
Geschäfte (Rewe, Penny, Lidl) in 5min zu erreichen, genauso wie den Ortskern von Rödelheim mit Lorscher Straße und Radilostraße mit Bäckereien, Post, Banken, Restaurants, Imbiss etc. 2 Freibäder 10 min. zu Fuß ("Brentanobad").

I let my cozy apartment in the Rödelheim neighbourhood. It is vacant from Mid or end September. Minimum stay is 3 months. If you need a flat for at least 3 months or if you are looking for a longer period let me know. For one person.
The flat is furnished and is situated in the street named Am Alten See in Frankfurt, neighbourhood: Rödelheim.
If you want an unlimited contract pls contact me.

The kitchen is separate (thus, it is not in the corner of the living room) and is equipped with a table and chairs, washing machine, dish washer, hotplates, microwave and of course a fridge. Iron, iron board, laundry rack available.
There is no active internet at the moment,you wiuld have to take care if it.
Living room: Bed (160x200cms), sofa, desk, book shelf, closet. If you need, I can provide some towels and bed sheets and duvet/pillows. The mattress is used, you can bring your own.
The wall decoration has changed and can be changed anyway. There are no posters now.
S-Bahn (commuter trains) trains and metro nearby. Lines S3 S4 S5 from "Rödelheim" station. 7 mins walking distance.
U-Bahn underground line U7 "Hausener Weg" station, 10mins walking distance. bus stop "Reifenberger Strasse" bus line M34 6mins. 2 stop to the fair and exhibition center, 4 stops main train station, 1 stop to Eschborn with its offices.
Both commuter train and underground lines go directly to the city centre.
The flat is close (5mins. walking) to the heart of Rödelheim with its supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Penny), post office, bakeries, banks, take away places, restaurants. main streets are Radilostrasse and Lorscher Strasse. Public swimming pools 10 mins walking. ("Brentanobad")
