ab 1.3 Zimmer in Wohnung mit Guestraum (allein zu wohnen)

Ab 1. März. Ich vermiete ein helles, nach Süd-Ost ausgerichtetes, großes Zimmer (ca. 18 m2) mit kleinem Balkon für 490 €/Monat, alles inklusive (warm). Die Wohnung ist 70 m2 groß und besteht aus 3 weiteren Zimmern, Bad und Küche im 3. Die anderen Zimmer in der Wohnung werden nur gelegentlich und nur an den Wochenenden (1/2 Wochenende im Monat) belegt. Die Nutzung der anderen Zimmer kann vereinbart werden. Das Zimmer ist teil-möbliert, die Küche ist voll möbliert und es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Bad (ein Beitrag für Geräte und eventuell für Möbel wird diskutiert). Es gibt zwei Abstellräume (unter dem Dach+Keller), eine Waschküche, und einen internen Fahrradunterstand. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Hausener Weg (U7 + M34) in Rödelheim.

From 1st of March. I rent a bright, south-east oriented, big room (ca. 18 m2) with small balcony for 490 €/month, all included (warm). The apartment is 70 m2 composed by 3 other rooms, bathroom a kitchen at the 3rd floor of a quite building. The other rooms in the flat will be occupied *occasionally* and just during weekends (1/2 weekends a month). The use of the other rooms can be agreed (office/guests). The room comes partly furnished, the kitchen is fully furnished and there is a washing machine in the bathroom (a contribution for will discussed for appliances and eventually for furniture). There are two storage (unter den Dach+Keller), a laundry room, and internal bike shelter. The flat is at the U-Bahn station of Hausener Weg (U7 + M34) in Rödelheim.
