Studio Apartment near Seepark

Hello future tenant,

I am looking for a female tenant for my beautiful studio apartment with balcony very close the the seepark lake. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette with a oven and fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a small storage mirror cabinet, shower and toilet. There are washing machines and dryer in the basement which you can use with laundry coins. The rent is inclusive of everything (electricity, water, heating, internet) and there are no extra costs.
The apartment is located in a quite peaceful street near Betzenhauser Torplatz tram stop where you can easily access line 1 and reach the city center in no time.
The apartment is not furnished per se except a big wardrobe space but it will be possible to take over my furniture (bed, desk and a chest of drawers) for which we can negotiate the price.
The apartment is available to rent from 15th April, but you can also move-in a couple of days early (negotiable).
