I have a fully furnished single apartment that comes with a huge balcony and a fitted kitchenette. I'm looking for someone who is either an enrolled student or a PhD student. The apartment is located very close to Westarkaden, near Aldi. Please reach out to me if you are interested and I would be happy to share additional pictures with you and I am also open to showing the apartment. There is a laundromat upstairs that is available to use via an app and is available to all for use.
The warm rent is 736€ per month. Since this is a short-term sublease, I will collect a Kaution of 1 months rent- 736€. Additionally, the wifi costs 40€ per month.
If you are new to Freiburg and are looking for a bike, I will be happy to rent my bike for 10€ a month. It is a well functioning bike, comes with all the accessories required for its daily use.
The apartment is situated just outside of Westarkaden. The house is on the ground floor facing the main street and is less than 0.5 kms from the Uniklinik. There is a Rewe, dm, Aldi and Fitness Loft 100 m from the apartment. The nearest tram stop is Berliner Allee, 5 mins away from the house by walk.
I am looking for a tenant who is looking for a short-term accommodation. I am moving out of Freiburg for 3 months and hence I am looking for someone who will take over my apartment for those 3 months. I am flexible with the move-in date although I will need the apartment on the 1st of August. I've been living in this apartment for over a year now and have really enjoyed living here. The apartment is super close to tram lines, grocery stores, gym and the Messe. The Rewe at Westarkaden is open until 22:00 which gives you many options for grocery shopping late in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to any student who is moving into the city and is looking for a place to stay.
