Nice room for rental in a great location

With over 22 square meters and an almost square cut (side length 4.5m), the room offers plenty of space and the 3.20m high ceiling provides an airy old building flair. The room faces on the road. Due to the east orientation, there is a little sun until midday - the room (and the apartment in general) remains pleasantly cool in summer due to its location on the mezzanine floor.
The room is rented (at least partially) furnished. 1 shelves are available and will of course be made available for you. Of course, if you would like to bring your own furniture, that's no problem at all. If you need more space for it, that should be possible - I could put some of the furniture somewhere if necessary. However, I would like to leave the sideboard shelf and the bookshelf on the wall in the room. There is also space in the hallway for a shelf and of course for clothes, coats, shoes, etc.

The room is 4,5m square and has a very high ceiling. It faces to the backyard and is therefore pleasantly quiet and cool in the summer. It will be let with furniture in it - but you can of course bring some of your own as well. A large bed, desk and two shelves will be available (but could partly be put into the basement, if need be). There is also space available in the hall for another shelf, coats, shoes, etc.

Lage
The house is located in the north of the city center, one of Halle's most beautiful quarters. Just around the corner is August-Bebel-Platz, a popular meeting place and social hotspot par excellence with a café, a small lawn and a fountain. The university square, the new humanities faculty and the beautiful Paulusviertel are less than 5 minutes away. There are many shops: from organic supermarkets to Asian supermarkets to discounters, everything is within easy reach. There are also more than enough late night snack bars and snack bars within walking distance. Two tram stations (and therefore 4+ tram lines) are within a two-minute walk.

Our house is situated in the really nice quarter of northern downtown. Right around the corner you will find the August-Bebel-Platz, which is one of the topsocial hotspots in Halle with a lot of cafes, late night shops and a big fountain to sit around and hang out. Also close by are the university, plenty of fast food joints, restaurants and grocery stores as well as the beautiful Paulus quarter. Two train stations (with 4+ lines among them) can be reached within 2 minutes.
