I offer my furnished apartment in Altona Nord, Hamburg, from 1st July as I'm relocating due to work. This fourth-floor flat comprises a spacious and bright room, separate bathroom, and practical separate kitchenette, all tastefully furnished for modern comfort.

Conveniently located just 2 km from Altona Station, with the Holstenstraße stop only 250 meters away, and Rewe and DM stores within 200 meters. Rent is €719 including utilities and Kaution 1617€ (three times the Kaltmiete).

Only applicants who already contact me directly with the following documents and requirements will be considered:

-The last 3 paychecks
-Contract of employment

-Identity Card
-Selbstauskunft
-Have a minimum annual income of €40.000 gross


Please note: The Flat is furnished by the owner but I've added some things including a mattress, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, broom, small furniture, and decorative objects (e.g., pillows, blankets, small table, candle holders, paintings, duvet, dishes, glasses, cutlery). I want to leave everything as it is in the pictures so only applicants willing to purchase all, for a bundled price of €600, will be considered.
Additionally, the internet contract must be arranged by the tenant.
