Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für unser Doppel-Apartment im Studentenwohnheim THE FIZZ, da wir unsere Praktika in Hamburg Ende August beenden und zurück nach Mainz ziehen. Die großzügige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist für maximal 2 Personen ausgelegt. Dich oder Euch erwartet ein vollmöbliertes Zimmer mit einem großen Bett (2x2 Meter), geräumigen Schränken, 2 Schreibtischen sowie eine Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank sowie Mikrowelle. Das Bad ist mit WC, Dusche sowie Waschbecken ausgestattet. Alles ist barrierefrei und ebenerdig zugänglich. Das Studentenwohnheim in Altona ist gerade neu gebaut. Du/Ihr wärt die zweiten Mieter, die das Appartement bewohnen. Dementsprechend ist die Einrichtung noch nagelneu!

Die bodentiefen Fenster sind zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass du von der Straße recht wenig mitbekommst. Der Innenhof steht der gesamten Hausgemeinschaft zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es eine Dachterrasse, Gemeinschaftsküche und einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich in der Eingangshalle. In den Nebenkosten sind neben Strom und Heizung auch das WLAN enthalten. Wenn mal etwas nicht klappt: Kein Problem! Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter von THE FIZZ stehen dir mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

We are looking for a new tenant for our double apartment in the student residence THE FIZZ, as we will end our internships in Hamburg at the end of August and move back to Mainz. The spacious 1-room apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 people. You can expect a fully furnished room with a large bed (2x2 meters), spacious closets, 2 desks and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and sink. Everything is barrier-free and accessible at ground level. The student residence in Altona has just been rebuilt. You would be the second tenant to live in the apartment. Accordingly, the facility is still brand new!

The floor-to-ceiling windows face the inner courtyard, so that you won't notice much of the street. The inner courtyard is available to the entire house community. There is also a roof terrace, communal kitchen and a large communal area in the entrance hall. In addition to electricity and heating, WiFi is also included in the additional costs. If something doesn't work: no problem! The friendly staff at THE FIZZ are at your disposal with advice and action.
