(TEMPORARY) FULLY FURNISHED FLAT near LEGIENSTRASSE U2 Bahn

-I am planning to go on a holiday at the end of this month (December) for around 2 weeks and you will mostly be staying in the apartment alone. The leaving day might be a little flexible (not too long though, please ask the date before). You will have one large bedroom, one big kitchen with a living room and one separate bathroom.
-The flat has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen + living room), and 1 bathroom with toilet and small bath tube. It is fully furnished and there is everything one might need in the flat (washing machine, dishwasher, ironing stuff, kitchen utilities, TV, working desk ..). There is also a small room in the cellar where you can store your bicycle privately.
- The rent is included everything (heating + water + internet + RadioFee).
- Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed.
- I don't get into my flat with my shoes on, so I will also kindly request you to not enter the flat with your shoes on. The flat is clean enough to get in without shoes.
- I don't have a particular cleaning schedule but I clean the house once a week or once in two weeks at most. I like to see the flat clean and try to keep it clean as much as possible.
