well-equiped, cozy and central studio apartment

Hello everyone, I'll be away for around two months between November 18 and January 24. I'm looking for a tenant that wants to rent my very well equipped studio apartment and can take good care of it. The rent is 540EUR, the utility costs are 120EUR, and the Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ) is covered by the listed 25EUR per month.

You'll be able to register at the apartment without problems, the administration of the building can provide a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung.

The studio is located in the EMIL & KARL building, it is a modern and energy-efficient building (passive house) located directly in front of Heidelberg's Central Train Station. The apartment is furnished with everything necessary, so you can move in immediately without any stress.

It's shown in the pictures, so it should be obvious, but the apartment has:

- ALL-IN rent including all utilities, electricity and internet
- Bedroom and study with bed frame, mattress, normal desk, chair, standing desk, and couch
- Wardrobe, linen cupboard.
- Galley kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, microwave and grill, refrigerator, kitchen cupboards and work surface
- Bathroom with shower and shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, mirror, shelf and towel rails
- Own internet and TV connection
- External sun protection for the windows
- Laundry room with washing machines and dryers

From the building to the INF campus it's around 5 minutes by bus and 5 minutes by Bike, same to the old city. The closest supermarket, bakery and coffee shops are all less than 6 minutes by foot. Taking trains to the airport, SAP in Walldorf or to Mannheim is extremely convenient as the train station is a block away.

In summary, this is the perfect place to have an uncomplicated stay in Heidelberg :)
