Behind the house you are right outside in nature, you can go up to the Lobdeburg and from there continue along the horizontal line of the Saale or after a 5-minute walk you can relax in the Goethe Park in Drackendorf.

Unfortunately only possible for students and PhD students. And one can extend the contract after February by studentenwer. The apartment is very quiet, as there are only neighbors to the side and below and the windows do not face the street or the motorway.
There is a pleasant atmosphere in the house, if you need something you can quickly find someone from whom you can borrow it.
2-140cm bed with mattress, 2 cupboards, chest of drawers, 2-shelf, desk, 4 chairs,
and 2- stool are available. Washbasin cabinet in the bathroom, cloakroom and large mirror in the hallway.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, for 1 euro you can do one or, if you are quick, 2 washes. Payment is made with the credit on the Thoska.
