The sub-tenant should be a student in Cologne, or doing Praktikum/Ausbildung in Cologne, or have a documented job in Cologne, as this is the landlord basis for tenants.

This studio is fully furnished, located in Innenstadt Köln in Mengelbergstrasse 2.
