Hallo everyone,
As I am moving into another appartment, I would like to rent out this one during the time it is not in use for me.
This one-room apartment is in a tall building of 31 floors. It has one single room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Although it's without furniture (e.g. no bed or desk), but there are stove, fridge, microwave in the kitchen and complete bathroom. It is very idea for a single person or a couple for short time stay.
The room has an amazing view of whole Köln from above 20th Floor!
The apartment is in Ehrenfeld, the new culture melt point of Köln!
Nearby you will find L5 Gutenburgstr station. Two stations away you can already reach Friesenplatz; Four stations away to HBF. S-Bahn Ehrenfeld station is 10min walk away.
The house has its own Kiosk. Rewe, Aldi and bakery are also within 10-15 walk.
Across the street is Grüngürtel. A 3 Km long green park area extending to Aachener Weiher (Uni Köln), where many people go for jogging, chilling, BBQ and playing basketball or tennis.
2 stations away is the real culture zone where many restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and artistic gathering can be found.
I can only rent out my room to non-smokers. Better also without pets (although I love animals XD)
