I'm to arrive in Germany at the end of November so I wish to rent my room in this 2-room friendly WG in the heart of Südstadt, just one street from the Rhein river. I recently decided to rent it until 03.12.22 (negotiable), so ideal would be to rent it ASAP!
The apartment was recently renewed and we're (me and Gustavo, your future roomate) currently furnishing it, but your room, the shared bathroom and kitchen are all already fully equiped (including fridge, oven, dish washer, cooking tools, etc).
The ideal roomate would be someone open-minded, neat, organized and flexible, in summary someone easy to deal and live with. We like to keep things clean/order, but also to have friends and people over, as we're quite social people (naturally your friends are also welcome to visit :D).

The apartment is located in a top part of the city, with plenty public transport options just 5 minutes walking from out front door. There are also several markets, restaurants and bars nearby, and the Rhein River just crossing the street if you feel like jogging or simply going for a chilly walk.
